Every appointment is reserved especially for you, and our therapists prepare your space and materials in advance to ensure the best experience possible. ❌ Cancellation Policy Please note that all bookings are final. Once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded. We operate under a strict non-cancellation policy, as each slot is specially prepared and dedicated to you. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, your session will unfortunately be forfeited, and the payment will not be refunded or credited. ⏰ Late Arrivals We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your treatment. If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, and the full service fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be marked as a no-show, and the full amount will be automatically charged or retained. 💳 No-Show Policy If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, the service is considered a no-show, and the full payment is automatically taken (or non-refundable if prepaid).
